It wasn't a 10Q, it was 3 Q's plus a 10K. For a year they were wrong about the permit.
Calling an exploration permit a recovery permit isn't a "typo" and there is a reason they were filed with the Court by the Amazing Blogger.

Look how novices were confused with the FAKE NEWS. This poor sap thought it was a recovery permit. The Defendant tried to help him out, but he wouldn't listen.
