It wasn't a 10Q, it was 3 Q's plus a 10K. For a year they were wrong about the permit.

In Aug 2015 (a year later) they finally made a change, but that too was wrong.

Look how novices were confused with the FAKE NEWS. This poor sap thought it was a recovery permit. The Defendant tried to help him out, but he wouldn't listen.
