If the company doesn't dilute any further, this is a steal of a deal. But until the company comes out and at the very least provides guidance to that effect the sp will continue to flounder. Investors are snake bit and have little confidence at the moment. I hate to say it but management needs to prove themselves before significant dollars return to NTEK. Simple as that. A good start would be to see a new deal with Paramount that isn't carried on the backs of shareholders.
