Possibly. J & N has a convertible note that has a conversion set at no lower than .1. I don't think that's what's going on but the note is only $50k. Which would only be 500k shares. Nothing to be concerned with my friend. That's also the last convertible note on our books. I'd bet they aren't converting or already did so to be completely honest.
