I am also conservative leaning and typically lean Republican, but let me correct one thing. Trump is not a Republican. He does not have the interest of the Republican Party or its constituents in his best interest. Trump's interests are to feed his ego, and rubber stamp checks on campaign promises with no clear understanding of the policies or implications to regular Americans.

If anyone honestly thinks America is great again simply because Trump is in office and says so, they need a severe gullibility check. If anyone can honestly say, at this point that they feel safer with Trump in office, with North Korea upping their provocations, Trump allowing Russia to intrude in our politics, and knee-jerk decisions with chaotic outcomes, they need a severe reality check.

I'll stick with my initial thought about the disastrous Trump experiment. It won't last more then two years.
