Look, if this comes back in 2019, and by all accounts it could, if a case takes up 2018, and the product continues to expand the way it does, HJOE won't care about the outcome of the case as solid revenue will exist to appease investors.
No doubt this is a mess. The delay stinks. The case won't be scheduled until sometime in 2018, but they're moving forward with product. They'r pushing, and I've got to give them credit for at least that.
