I, and all of these other posters, strongly believe in where OWCP is going and that they have the potential to become a viable biopharma company over time. We also strongly believe at some time in the near future this stock will be trading at higher values than we are today. We recently hit over $3, and my DD tells me with everything they have in the fire, our pps will be much higher than that. As such, I have been buying at these levels as I think it is way undervalued. I am voting with my investment dollars.

That is all I can tell you. You need to due your DD on your own and make your own decision, but I suspect buying more now will leave you rewarded in the future.
