Dadon, that's awesome dude! I always look forward to whatever you can share from those visits. Like you said, they haven't lied. They've done the best they could do, and it's about to pay off HUGE!!
I see Joe has a soft spot for the trains. Bet he'd love this one. It's a 4-8-4-Northern built in 1942 in the town where I was born (21 yrs. later), Schenectady, N.Y. Weighs in at a whopping 202 tons. The drivers are 73" in diameter, so a 6 ft. tall engineer standing next to it would have another inch of wheel above his head, more if standing on the road bed! Nice video of some big steam. They restored her in 2001. Beautiful Job too. Love that whistle!
