It's pretty well known that IHUB is an illegal stock manipulation online boiler room.
Their founder, Matt Brown, went to jail for it.
The cowards put one of their bashers in as a mod on the boards that have some traction and once they choose a stock as a shorting target, they let their crew know and start their coordinated attack.
It appears to be coordinated with the MMs as well or they are ust doing their own manipulation.
It's been going on for years. A number of people have filed online complaints with the SEC recently.
