Certainly not me. I'm perfectly content for you to hold on to your shares. I won't go as far as to encourage you to buy more, but that's certainly an option if you believe the shares are cheap.
If there really is a 100M abusive naked short position as you say and if they really are in 'cover' mode and as desperate to shake out shares as you say, just think how much angst you could create for them just by buying more shares and bidding up the share price.
The enemy isn't fictitious if it's real to you.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
