Yes-VNDM is pretty much the sole reason we aren't trading at yearly highs right now.
Last Wed, they were continually pounding the ask as we moved to over 15 cents-which was unsustainable when they are doing that.
Basically VNDM usually means either of 2 things(I like lists ):
1-dilutive financing -=selling outstanding debt
2-an owner in the company is selling shares.
sometimes VNDM and Vfin for that matter(though VFIn has been quiet lately)
can just be an unloading of some shares like any other MM such as etrade or nite and come off the ask . But when you see them on the ask for a week non stop - that mean there is a large sell.
Until they go bye bye- which could happen at a moments notice, we will be range bound.
saying it as I see it....which is usually pretty accurate
