IMHO we haven't heard from Ms Sani and Dr. Rozenblat because they are developing the detailed and step-by-step instructions for the manufacture of the psoriasis cream. The cannabinoids can't cross state lines. There is nothing preventing OWCP from having the cream manufactured without the cannabinoids, sending it to various companies in different states, and then having local companies adding the THC and CBD.

OWCP has been to several US States in the last few months. I believe they are signing contracts with companies that could bring the cream to market.
