$VDSC is BAAAAAAAACK. The last time I alerted this, it ran from .0009 to .0035. It is now at .0008 near its 52 week low, with 532k on the ask and 4.2 MILLION ON THE BID! Its ready again. Only 500 million A/S. Was at .003 just a few days ago.... YUMMY
