Agreed, the best thing Trump can do right now that has nothing to do with marijuana is to work on making the FDA a little friendlier to companies to get their drugs to market quicker. Phase 2 and phase 3 trials eat up so much time and money for a company. Don't get me wrong I want safe products on the market but why can't a person on their death bed sign a waiver or a hold harmless agreement to try a drug in a trial or testing phase if it can save their life? Or even a drug like the psoriasis cream that some one that has tried everything could try EASILY and QUICKLY if they signed a waiver. I know that probably would never happen but it seems so simple and worthwhile for people that are desperate.
