There's a few points on which I don't agree with the other skeptics. First, I don't think PTOI will hit $0.000xx for a very long time. Generally there are investors in these beaten down stocks who say they will hold on no matter what and they aren't kidding--they will hold forever just like they say. Many will also see lower prices as cheap regardless of PTOI's lack of progress and keep buying shares. I'm sure the trade today at $0.031 compelled some investors to put in new bids.
Second, PTOI probably won't go bankrupt. Mr. Heddle is the next creditor in line and he can sell off assets at will--as he's already doing. Bankruptcy court is there so creditors and the management to come to an agreement but when they're both the same person, it's not needed.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
