I really don't think cash is a problem here. Fresh clean pure drinking Water is a a highly valuable resource that is desperately needed right now in China. I am confident the property was originally obtained by the Chinese group several years ago with the idea of harvesting the water resource.
Now getting back to the cash question....
The Chinese group paid Cash for $RMHB as well as for the former Friar Tuck Inn. Shelling out another Million or two to build a state of the art water plant just doesn't seem insurmountable to me considering their ability to wheel and deal for properties utilizing all cash transactions.
