I'd follow up with my ealier post that if the toxics have stopped converting which I think is possible then they would have a finite number of shares to sell. If so, then we should see a surge in price when they have sold their remaining shares even before a funding.

I think it would be important to have the share price as high as possibLe when a funding is done assuming it involves more shares or warrants.
