There is a metric that I look for from those that regularly ask questions: What have been their efforts in seeking answers and the friuts thereof? If there is no verifiable sign that an effort was made; then I presume they have another agenda other than answers ......or an indicator that no answer, (that an investor can provide) is or will be satisfactory.

Well that depends doesn't it? What impact did a voice have when first raised wrt the Proxy? I know many joined in and many became as one, which in the end also shook management.

One would think that if a person was sincere w/a question you'd see
an effort to find an answer or do something about it imo.

......I guess those that don't also tell a story, (imagine it's about $ & Trades).
