Joe:  Even if he wanted to tell you what is planned he could not and I am sure you know that but are  frustrated.  The shortman is a powerful adversary and not easy to best.  Hopefully that is the plan and it is underway.  We all know 55,000 shares for a public float is miniscule and that has to be the key imho.  Why spend the money to meet regulators requirements if those very same regulators are allowing the companies shareprice to be dictated by manipulators rather than by the laws of supply and demand which are supposed to be the basis of our markets?  Think about what you would do if you had the resources and wanted to make sure the criminals would never ever think about attacking your company and its shareholders again and then post your thoughts bearing in mind the regulators make it very clear to company management they do not want short squeezes.   Go TEVE!!!
