OMG. TD up again at almost midnight bashing a company ( AGAIN ) that has already lost and soon to be revoked.
Fact is investors The SEC wanted to settle knowing their case was weak and did not want to risk going to court knowing they could lose and knowing it would cost them 100's of thousands to prepare for court.
Most important is Lying TD always fails to post the most critical part of the settlement.
