Can't imagine a judgement of less than 100K would put them into a bankruptcy.
I would think any judgement is going to be cash and no shares since that really isn't possible. How much cash can be awarded on a 47K loan... I just don't know.
The possibility of losing the case has always been there and I never thought that it would be a death blow to the company. It would have been if KBM were aloud to manipulate shares, you/I would also be sitting on shit in that scenario as well.
