Henry Klein has filed several motions on the Fab 343A case regarding the SEC has not submitted the specific crimes the SEC alledgedly says the defendats have committed.
If this is the case how can they proceed into a summary judgement and how can the defendants defend themselves?
The more I learn of this case the more comfortable I am.
That idiot TD said the sEC will not accept a settlement without revocation.
Once again he proves he has no credibilty. Sure wish they would find out who with the SEC is leaking information to him for him to say such Bullshit statements.
