One of my buddies said that's what happens when you don't set a LIMIT for your Sell order.
Somebody selling and somebody buying an similar amount of shares at that time -- that's what can happen.
I'm in a habit of always using LIMITS for that reason too. Granted, penny stocks require a Limit.
