WOW! Another board needing dusting off. PPHM could be doing some great things shortly. There is a possible looming RS if the price doesn't rise enough to keep them NASDAQ compliance, but the nice thing is the RS is variable.
Looks like PPHM has quite a retail following. They are currently working on Bavituximab https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bavituximab http://www.peregrineinc.com/pipeline/bavituxi...ology.html invented by University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and is a monoclonal antibody for cancer treatment.
The stock shot from around .30 a few weeks ago and closed Friday at .69. I personally wouldn't touch it now because it looks like there is a gap to be filled at around .45 and .38 which as we know usually gets filled. Since it gapped up Friday it may see some continuation, but my bet is that it won't last and pull back to fill the gaps in a week or so. For those really into charting, Friday was an Evening Star candle which could also signal a reversal, in other words, a pull back to fill the gaps.
The MACD, MFI, RSI are over extended but the wild card is the moving average. The 50 rose above the 100 about 6 days ago and the 50 is ready to cross the 200 which could drive retail into a feeding frenzy before a reversal takes place.
