Quite simply could just be somebody wanting out... Shows up on the Bid, someone else nabs them up quickly.
I really don't think it's a stretch to believe there are some wealthy folks with their eyes on OWCP after ETF application and Wall Street conference.
Loading up under $2.00 is intelligent for them... THEY know they'll see $5.00+ in months.
