FDA Phase 1 to be completed by July 2017 for psoriasis cream.

I believe this helps with patents and is also a hedge against what GW is trying to do in certain States.
It is my understand that a CBD cream could be sold TODAY in MMJ States. OWCP instead wants to be able to label and market the cream as having passed Helsinki protocol IRB safety standards and include information from the IRB efficacy tests. That should make the consumer's choice a no-brainer at green store checkouts- go with the made-in-a-kitchen, hand-labeled CBD cream or go with the pharma grade cream that passed IRB efficacy and safety tests?
