When SFRX moves forward with the case their banned OTC attorney can move to have the documents submitted by the FBAR thrown out.
I guess they can even do it now. But they were obtained from the FBAR. It's not the Defendant's burden to prove anything. Judge Stephens explained that to Huffman last April.
They not only have PROVE statements are false, they have to PROVE damages.
