Why do you think GME has artifacts laying on the ocean floor? They too have restrictions.
As far as the deposition went it's Huffman's responsibility to have the "evidence" or documents thrown out. He hasn't.

If so, put up or shut up. The Defendant was right. They have no 80/20, no salvage rights, or some 3 item agreement. It was all BS.
I guarantee you if such agreements existed Kyle would have made sure they surfaced, and they would have been exhibits in SFRX's court filings.
Instead of showing the Court the Defendant was wrong, they simply claimed he was.
When pressed, they had to admit they hadn't lost any contracts (plural) even though they told the Court they did.
Now they filed with the SEC the case was moving to damages.
When?
Are they waiting for better weather and calmer seas?
