DECN- I took that to be JNJ's way of not admitting any guilt about using any DECN patents and to settle the case. Gave some cash and said go ahead and have these licenses to test strips and (apparently some other things)that way DECN is free to sell there products without JNJ having any potential legal objection. Other wise JNJ would have jeopardized their standing in the other case against them.
