Right, there's no "evidence" of an actual "on paper offer". I think the 'rumor' was started because TEVA official(s) visited OWCP.
Heck, I thought one of the former TEVA execs or science guys is an investor of OWCP. (I'll need to research that unless somebody else knows what I'm talking about.)
I don't want to spread rumors, so until I can prove what I just wrote -- don't repeat it.
