I think you are on point about that beautiful ride.
Imo, OWCP wants to ride this to the top. They want to be their own pharmaceutical powerhouse and sit next GW on the big boards.

I know, don't fall in love with a stock but I love this company. There is no bs, strategic focus and they have a ferocious discipline to stick to their business plan.
Its is choreographed so perfectly, I don't think they would take a buyout.
I could see them sell one of their patents for funding, maybe..
