Hilarious on two counts, Trump's ignorance of the budgetary process and the consequently large carryover of the cost of TARP that also appeared in Obama's 'first month' but couldn't be honestly attributed to him. 'Honestly' is the operative word.
Whether the ignorance is willful or organic it's all the same. He's a f*cking idiot, as are enough of his supporters to fill a 'basket of deplorables'. LOL!
