ANY SERIOUS INVESTOR IN BMXC should be sending the below to the SEC. This has the smell of an attempt to interfere with company operations. This should not be taken lightly by investors or the company.

Anyone buying is doing so at their own peril - the SEC is already suspicious of the CEO - after I send them the fake contracts - the 5th grade financials - Bethel not being a real company.
The CEO stealing material for her website from other companies - the false and misleading press releases - the Voo-Doo share accounting...
And I think I can get some real interest from the SEC.
A one person company operating out of the kitchen is a hobby not a public company.
It's pretty sad so many got sucked in because they didn't do any DD.
