We heard TEVA 'offered' in 2015 but I think once OWCP announces results on the cream I expect TEVA will offer again this time more money.
Much written on TEVA needs Patents to off set Patents they have lost, TEVA's Market cap is about 36-$39 Billion and even buying 1 Patent will be a win-win for both! Billions of dollars in the balance, for all patents, tens of Billions.(could be more but don't want to get crazy)
