Yep - one reason among several that calls into question the rational as to why COR feels it necessary to pursue this case right up to and through a trial in September. Given the money at risk as the plaintiff - you have to assume that the highest level of COR management and risk assessment has signed off on this pursuit. Any thoughts as to why Salas et al would do such a thing?
