This is a rare situation. You have a publicly traded company that a) not many people know about, b) has huge upside potential (smart money is definitely on the side of the bulls), and c) low trading volumes.
It's tailor-made for 'market manipulation,' understood in this context as LEGAL extraction of the maximum amount of profits.
The result is a skewed valuation. Whenever that's the case, whatever the market (bonds, forex, stocks, whatever), that translates into an investment opportunity.
I'd decided to stand pat after the China announcement. Investing more funds would be a stretch; my financial situation could definitely be better. That said, I'm reconsidering. Eleven cents after an announcement about a China deal that isn't just, "We have a Chinese partner," it's "We have a Chinese partner with a) pre-existing distribution channels throughout Asia, the necessary permits from the Chinese government, AND funds to invest in the business"? I mean, damn! It's the sort of situation that damn near begs for some additional risk-taking.
