The SEC cared enough to investigate the founder of IHUB and put him in jail. (Matt Brown)
So, I cannot predict what the SEC will do with the current crop of complaints filed against IHUB, but I do know that it's much easier to get them interested if someone they previously put in jail returns to their old criminal ways.
