It really doesn't matter what happens to Blackburn, Mulshine, Reid & Gwynn. That's just a distraction by Lying TD. Treaty has settled with the SEC and is moving forward. It will be interesting if Klein gets them off - and I believe the SEC has a very weak case - but it has no effect on Treaty's future. TD, you have lost!
