Very true. The only issue is that site gets major traffic. But we have swarmed him and complaints have been and are being filed online with the SEC.
I wouldn't be optimistic that the complaints would accomplish anything except that the founder was jailed for stock fraud. So, the feds like going after criminals who have resorted to their old criminal ways.
It makes for an easier investigation and conviction the second time around.
