Full of shit. It's simply a boiler room over on ADVFN. IH puts SH in control of their boards.
As far as BMXC, I haven't seen one thing this CEO has done that has been questionable. 8Ks are followed by PRs or visa versa. She names her distributors. No BS NDAs and fairly frequent updates.
I like their look.
