Yup, several states have already moved this direction. However, we need the feds on-board as well or businesses will end up like Colorado marijuana businesses...millions is cash that feds considered illegal profits. What's messed up about that is the IRS is still requiring tax be paid on that cash. I think congress is more likely to remove Industrial Hemp from schedule 1, before marijuana is.
