If you watch the tape this morning you see EXACTLY what's happening. Same thing happens everywhere on the stock market every day, sadly.
Poor people Buy stocks going Up and Sell stocks going Down.
Rich people Buy stocks going Down and Sell stocks going Up.
On the Sell side for $OWCP, you see lots of 100, 300, and 1,000. --- smaller holders who are scarred.
On the Buy side, you see lots of 10,000 - 40,000. --- investors who know this will pop up to $3-$5 when efficacy drops this month.
