My guess is the recapitalization is going to be kind of like the show Shark Tank. Get a few private investors for a % of the profits in the future for their investment. Once certification is complete this new company would have no problem getting a loan from a financial institution to pay back the investors initial investment. Win Win for the company, private investors and shareholders! Capital raise (company), future % of profits with 100% investment returned with in a year or two (private investors), no dilution of stock (shareholders)! Just my take on what the possible deal could be!
