Dankdamp, I am not trying to make an issue out of this, however, it is baffling to me Unistrip has had unrestricted market opportunity while Pharamatech was put on a chokehold for 65 months. During this time, Unistrip was able to accomplish a CE Mark, open sales, market through the largest on-line distributors, and last but not least, obtain a private label contract with the largest brick and mortar store in the world Walmart.
It seems very odd to me that Pharmatech did not name Unistrip technologies in their current lawsuit with Johnson and Johnson. People are failing to realize that Johsnon and Johnson is not Genultimates biggest competitor but rather Unistrip is. If you take Unistrip out of the picture Pharmatech would be able to recast their price structure to a more reasonable and aggressive cost. The only reason Genultimate is under $12 right now is because they are competing against a lower cost product.
I am hoping someone with a better legal background can educate us on this. I for one am not that person.
