That post shows the ignorance of many shareholders. The LLC must report their findings, and the latest reports submitted months after Madhouse TV infomercial don't support Fudd's comments.
Read what is required. You and NOAD are suggesting they are hiding information from the FBAR, just as jrf clearly stated Fudd told him they wouldn't need a new permit.
