IMO NTEK is taking a big step back from it's association with NTGL. With no cash,revenue or anyone in charge or even working at NTGL, the company isn't even current in reporting anymore. If NTGL ceases to be a going concern, what obligation is there to distribute shares? It's already been close to 2 yrs and as time goes by, so the number of holders who are "owed" dividend shares is likely decreasing. Perhaps NTEK is holding out hoping frustrated longs sell out, like is often encouraged here, so that there are little if any spin off holders left. It seems the company has all the time in the world to wait without explanation.
