The Mexican govt certainly has its problems- thats 1 of the tradeoffs for doing business in Mexico,where business and mining are otherwise much less expensive. CWRN estimated it would cost several million and years just to get all the environmental etc permits for a similar mine in the USA.
We dont know progress of permits-only that CWRN last expected fertilizer permit early November,as posted many times. The old lameduck govt,further delayed by a court challenge to the July 1 Mexican elections resolved Aug 30,was slowed in permitting. Courtesy of tenn21,the new govt took office Dec 1.
So we dont know if they have permit yet. Because they are still dealing w the aftermath of the Mar 2010 no gain no shares issued promo by forces intent on destroying small business as reported by documentaries etc (because there was nothing they could do w big business) they apparently are under advice not to PR re any forward looking events (which might be considered a promo in the overactive hostile to small business climate they are dealing with) so they will probably have a permit and a buyer and possibly a ship on the way or at the docks before we hear-
unless the 2010 promo is resolved before then-should've been resolved a long time ago imo- from the info available those hostile forces are getting every inch they can and then some out of the situation in what would be defacto blackmail imo. The only things that should still be in play as per complaint are pennystock bar re Bob (not cwrn) and a company with high profits like cwrn does not need to issue stock and has not done so since 2010(Nov17 2011 PR) and a fine.
The only entities who have profited off the no gain promo are govt entities,due to a reported political motive ,violating their congressional mandate to watchdog against dtcc, brokers,mm's, otc etc- rather than giving them a greenlight due to said unconstitutional political motives,to attack low priced pennies imo. Thus brokers have restricted thousands of pennies without warning-often preventing us from buying or selling while holding our stock hostage while they short our own stock against us in blatant violation of their fiduciary duty. So many levels of saturated fraud couldnt exist anywhere but the market imo.
The Fertilizer has the highest element at Fe, thus it is considered Iron Ore, the export permit was issued for China only, have to add U.S.A. ; however, as simple as that may sound, it’s a Nightmare.. New change in the Government is taking place now after the election and nothing is getting done… Working on it.. The fertilizer has 3 times more value than the Grade A iron for the Steel Mills at current market conditions, ..
