As a Christian
I am taught it is a sin to be practicing...hate the sin, love the sinner.
My bias is while there is a natural occurrence it also can be taught.
It is also my bias it doesn't any special consideration as defined already by the constitution. However from a religious point of view. You can not be practicing to be part of the body of Christ. Meaning in communion with the church. Many Faiths have a low bar.
