Why wouldn't Pixel Mags just do their own IPO if that was the case?
Why bother with all this Solaris crap, reverse mergers, or mergers, and almost 2 billion shares?

Snap chat has similar technology to others (Instagram, FB, etc).
Pixelmags on the other hand appears to have a wide open area to play
