I do not see any basis for that statement. These are private investors investing. they have been very open as to who is buying and how much. there is plenty enough public information on QMC to make a stock buying decision of this magnitude. It is public information that GTG and a Chinese technology fund are investing in facilities for QMA. A China private investor cannot invest in QMA because it is not a public stock company, but they can invest in QMC , which is the next best thing from their perspective.
