You could see at .04 , .0403 they shorted
they are trying to close out now. You can tell when they widen the
bid-ask gap, to discourage buying and they have a reserve on .035,
endless shares hidden under .035 to stall any upward movement.
if we get any volume surge , should end the day over .035
